Also, you can purchase books for every delegate (i.e., for conference bags/packs) from Winitha at a wholesale price and have them shipped to your desired location, i.e., the event venue. Easy! :-)

Yes. The signed agreement terms are that

• The recording shall be used for internal purposes and must be deleted from servers within 60 days of the event.

• Please contact Winitha for an amendment to the agreement should you wish to house the recorded keynote on an internal conference portal with a secure gateway for a nominated period of time, i.e., if it is part of delegates conference/event package.

• No more than 6% of the overall content of the speech may be used in recap or promotional videos used to share the highlights of the event on social media and other public platforms or promote future events afterward.

• Winitha requires a copy of all video footage and photos of her speech and attendance within 21 days of the event, for unrestricted use in her marketing.

Yes. Winitha always tailors and customises her presentations based on

The client is responsible for covering travel (airfares and ground transfers), meals, and accommodation costs.

Due to Winitha's schedule, she books and manages all flight and accommodation bookings. This is invoiced in advance along with the engagement fee.

After the event, we will send an invoice with final incidental expenses such as Ubers to and from the airport and/or event venue and meals (capped at $AUD50 per diem).

Once these are agreed upon, we will set up a briefing call.

After this call, we will send the engagement documents ready for you to sign as well as an invoice to secure the booking.

Once the documents are signed and the invoice has been paid the booking has been confirmed.
