In this discovery session, we discuss your event in detail to ensure we maximise impact and create an unforgettable keynote.
Regardless of where you are in your planning process, we will get clear on your event and audience needs; your ideal vision and outcome for your event; the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead for your audience; devise powerful session takeaways; and discuss what the ultimate breakout session could look like to integrate and embed learnings, thereby maximising return on investment for months and years ahead.
In this session, we will also put a tentative hold in Winitha’s diary for your event.
Winitha and her team would love to help create the perfect mix of inspiration and real-time practical action for your keynote, breakout, or workshop session. Feel free to pick her brain on how to create an inclusive event experience for delegates.
Finalising our plans together
After our chat, Winitha will design a custom offering that integrates your key vision, outcomes and desires into a tailored, customised and unique presentation and offering to maximise its impact. Winitha will also conduct detailed industry research where applicable.
After the discovery chat with Winitha, you'll get a customised proposal with your uniquely curated and tailored offering. The proposal pack will also contain the booking form, engagement agreement, and invoice to secure the booking (full engagement fee + airfares and accommodation if required). Easy!

If you need any further information, Winitha will be more than happy to supply whatever you need to get the proposal approved. Simply send her an email stating any additional information required or questions you may have and she will reply within 48 hours.
Approval, logistics & assets
The proposal is approved, and the date is locked in once the invoice is paid and the signed booking form, proposal and agreement has been received.
You will then receive a link that contains all of Winitha’s assets, their presentation, and a teaser promotional video for your delegates.
We will also help promote your event to our extensive networks and contacts (if required).
From here, we can discuss any additional details to ensure impact is maximised and that your event is a success. Simply send Winitha an email with any additional details you would like to share/add.
We also handle all travel and logistics to save you time and hassle.
Bump in (pre-event process)
Before the event, Winitha will touch base to ensure you have peace of mind leading into your big day and to answer any last minute questions you may have.
On the event day, Winitha will arrive early to do a quick AV check on stage during one of the breaks or before the event and connect with you, the MC, AV team and event team.
Once this is complete, Winitha’s ready to mix and mingle with your audience, deliver a transformative experience for your delegates, and rock your event, leaving delegates talking about it for years to come!
P.S. If the diary allows, Winitha also loves to stay after the session, to deeply connect and talk with audience members which will further leave an enduring return on investment.
Bump out
(post event debrief)
After the event, you will receive a final invoice for any final incidental expenses, such as ground transfers (i.e., Ubers to and from airports and/or event venue) and meals (capped at $AUD50 per diem), as per the agreement.
Winitha will also schedule a session for a detailed debrief. You will also be provided with a resource pack for your delegates to extend and embed the learning for years to come, refreshing their understanding and amplifying your return on investment.
